🚀 Your role

As a Senior Game Designer at Codigames, you will be responsible for crafting engaging gameplay experiences by designing innovative features, balancing mechanics, and optimizing progression. Your mission is to create fun, player-focused designs that enhance retention, engagement, and monetization, while staying ahead of industry trends.

💻 Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a product team to bring an upcoming hit game to life.

• Develop ideas and features to enhance gameplay experience, retention, engagement, and monetization.

• Conduct and analyze user tests, providing actionable design recommendations.

• Deliver detailed feature specifications to the development team for smooth and agile implementation.

• Create fun and engaging designs for new game concepts.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging game genres, new design methodologies, and platforms.

🎯Skills you’ll need to succeed

• +4 years of experience designing Idle/Tycoon games.

• Proven experience working on published titles.

• Solid understanding of balancing, pacing, and progression in F2P games.

• Familiarity with analytics and KPIs.

• English and/or Spanish.
  

🛠️Nice-to-have skills

• Knowledge of strategy, management, and RPG game design.

• Familiarity with multiplayer/online game design.

• A dynamic and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for the gaming world.
